It brings me great joy to share our milestones and achievements over the past year, underscoring how our Servant Leadership training programs continue to transform leaders across Kenya and beyond.
Class Overview
January–June Class:
We celebrated the graduation of 223 dedicated leaders who successfully completed their Servant Leadership training in the first half of 2024. These graduates are now equipped with the tools to lead with compassion, integrity, and a servant heart in their respective fields.
July–December Class:
The second half of the year saw 331 leaders graduate, including distinguished figures from the church, government, and political sectors. Their journey toward transformative leadership will undoubtedly leave a lasting impact on their communities and organizations.
Gateway to Greatness: ASLEAD Institute’s Nairobi Headquarters – Pioneering Servant Leadership Transformation
In 2024, ASLEAD Institute reached a significant milestone with the opening of our new office at Gateway Mall, Nairobi, Kenya. This location is now the headquarters of our institution, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter in our mission to foster servant leadership throughout the region.
One of the key features of our Nairobi office is the Servant Leadership Library—a valuable resource space open to both our students and the public. It houses a wealth of knowledge aimed at promoting continuous learning and growth for anyone passionate about transformational leadership.
In addition, we’ve introduced a state-of-the-art computer lab at the Nairobi office, designed to support our community’s exploration and success in the digital age. This addition highlights our commitment to integrating technology with leadership development, ensuring that our leaders are equipped with the digital skills necessary to navigate and make a meaningful impact in today’s world. These initiatives collectively reflect our dedication to creating an environment that empowers servant leaders to thrive and contribute positively to their communities.
Each of our graduates now stands as a beacon of Servant Leadership, catalyzing change and inspiring others in their spheres of influence.
Regional Expansion
Tanzania and Uganda:
By God’s grace, we’ve expanded into Tanzania and Uganda, where 73 leaders are currently undergoing training. These leaders are set to graduate in June 2025, ready to lead with a heart for service and impact their communities with servant leadership.
Enrollment Surge
In 2024, our enrollment nearly doubled, reaching 1,565 aspiring leaders compared to 867 the previous year. This growth reflects the increasing demand for Servant Leadership training and highlights our commitment to nurturing impactful leaders across Africa.
New Horizons: Expanding into French-Speaking Africa
We are excited to announce our expansion into French-speaking African countries. This new initiative will allow us to empower leaders from diverse communities, fostering a culture of servant leadership across even more parts of the continent.
