The atmosphere was filled with excitement, reflection, and a deep sense of accomplishment as trainees gathered for the Training of Trainers (TOT) Graduation Ceremony, commissioned by Founder/Director Dr. Peter Mulinge, held on Friday the 24th.
This marked the culmination of an intensive and transformative journey under the ASLEAD Institute, focused on equipping servant leaders to train like Jesus. The TOT program emphasized that training is not merely about sharing knowledge, but about transformation — shaping hearts, building character, and equipping individuals for service.

Participants were taken through practical and spiritual approaches to facilitation, learning how to move from being lecturers to becoming facilitators — guiding learners toward discovery, growth, and real-life application.
From Preparation to Presentation
A key highlight of the training was the structured approach to preparing sessions. Trainees learned how to:

- Understand their learners and context
- Build clear, interactive lesson flows

The graduation featured group presentations, where trainees demonstrated their understanding and application of the principles learned. One notable presentation by Group Alpha focused on Stewardship: The Principle of Ownership, exploring concepts such as God as the ultimate owner of all things, humanity as stewards entrusted with responsibility, and the importance of managing resources faithfully.

Modeling the Life and Leadership of Jesus
Through interactive discussions and reflection questions, participants engaged deeply with real-life applications, examining personal attitudes towards rights, responsibility, and accountability. To ensure high-quality facilitation, presentations were assessed on content accuracy, clarity of explanation, confidence in delivery, audience engagement, time management, and team coordination — an evaluation framework that encouraged excellence, teamwork, and professionalism among the trainees.
A central theme throughout the program was modeling the life and leadership of Jesus: training through relationships, teaching through questions, stories, and real-life situations, demonstrating humility, love, and patience, and empowering others for service and multiplication. Participants were challenged to not only teach but to raise other leaders, ensuring continuity and impact beyond themselves.

The graduation ceremony was not just a celebration — it was a commissioning. Each trainee leaves equipped to facilitate transformational learning, mentor and develop others, lead with humility and integrity, and multiply impact within churches, organizations, and communities.
