To become a Trainer at ASLEAD Institute, you must first complete the Certificate in Servant Leadership, equipping yourself with the principles and practices of leading like Jesus.
This foundational course provides the knowledge and experience necessary to guide others in the journey of transformational leadership. After completing the certificate, aspiring trainers must enroll in the Trainer of Trainers (TOT) program, an intensive three-day training designed to prepare individuals to facilitate, mentor, and train future servant leaders effectively. This program ensures that every ASLEAD trainer embodies the institution’s core values—service, excellence, honesty, and compassion—while upholding the mission of restoring servant leadership in various sectors. Upon successful completion, trainers join a growing network of leadership facilitators, empowering communities and organizations with the ASLEAD leadership model.
